The pressure blower (high-performance tangential fan) guides the bar rollers to the foliage, without coming into contact with it. This means:

- Tractor and cooler remain clean
- No damage to the blowers from foreign objects or vibrations

- Cleans the inflorescence of flowerhoods
- Can be used in all weather
Both pairs of bar rollers with their own drive motor. This means:
- No wear to the drive from friction
- No fan belts or spur wheels
- Leaves are plucked off in their entirety and not chopped
- Side shoots are clipped off and not pulled out

The de-leafer is easy to use and works cleanly and effectively. It has been developed in such a way that it can be used from the flowering period right up to the gentle drive shortly before harvest.
Freilauber’s patented de-leafer blows through the walls of foliage. The rows of leaves are caught by the rotating rollers. The leaves are plucked off in their entirety, meaning that the grapes are not damaged. The fan speed and roller speed can be controlled independently of each other. The de-leafer can therefore be used from the flowering period right up to shortly before harvest. The de-leafer is also perfect for thinning out the foliage.
